Yes, the Barton Apartments is a pet-friendly apartment complex/ community. 

Stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, individual A/C, and hardwood floors are all standard.

No, the Barton Apartments do not come furnished.

Maintenance

Apartments are turned after every move out to ensure a clean and easy move in; this includes a fresh coat of paint and thorough
professional cleaning.

Residents are not required to be present for work to be performed.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance available to help with issues.

In order to get help with a repair or an issue in the unit, residents can create a maintenance request online explaining the issue and
it's priority.

Contact management if you are locked out during office hours, or contact maintenance if locked out during off hours.

Administrative

In most cases, an application will be reviewed and approved or denied between 1-2 days.

Yes, the combined income of a household must be at least 2.5x monthly rent for approval. 

Residents may pay rent via check, credit card, or electronic payment.

Yes, it is required. Residents have the option to pay an additional $13 a month for renters insurance or use a 3rd party insurance.

No, residents are responsible for the duration of their lease terms.

Please set up your utilities directly with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), Ratio Utility Billing (RUBS) and your
preferred internet/cable provider.  

None, Electricity payments are paid directly through LADWP.  While both water and trash are on a RUBS program.
